I think the staff were very friendly. Most could speak adequate English and there were several excellent English speakers there that they could turn to if the need arose. The whole hostel is very well equipped for Wifi The hostel is located in a part of town where instead of knocking old buildings down they have done them up. The area has become very up market and trendy. I found it a quite delightful part of town to stay in. The street is on a pedestrian walkway so you will need to walk the last bit to get to the hotel. They've even got an artificial stream running along the street. It all adds to the ambience of the area. There are many restaurants in the area. In general I would say good value for money.

the room(Twin rome) size is really good for us. a big bed and a clean restroom, the location is gd to everywhere. take taxi is easy. The staffs are really nice.

Good location, the hostel is inside the ancient city, close to shopping area and food street. Room is small but clean and comfort. Laundry service is cheap and convenient. Staff can speaking English well.

No space for luggage

Good location, locates in the shopping area and is only around 15 minutes walk to the West Lake. Clean and tidy Value for money I will take this hostel again if I travel Hangzhou next time.

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. There was free wifi in the common area, which was very comfortable and even had a pool table. The rooms, although small, had everything that was advertised, and at the price you can't complain!

The internet was a bit touch and go at times, and the rooms with ensuite bathrooms didn't provide bath towels. But we asked for them, and they were brought up straight away.

I enjoyed the stay in Wushanyi very much. The room is clean and the staffs are really nice. The hostel is in a walking district and there are many restaurants nearby, so food is easily approached.

The wifi is not so good, but sometimes I cannot connect to the internet.
